Permitted Names definition

Permitted Names means the entity name or trade name of a member of the Tenant Group and which, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion is consistent with the signage standards of first class office building in the Boston West Suburban Market.
Permitted Names means the entity name or trade name of a member of the Tenant Group.

Examples of Permitted Names in a sentence

  • Tenant shall operate the Premises under only the Permitted Name(s) (as defined in Section X1.9X).

  • The Licensor may, at its sole and absolute option, require the Licensee, and the Licensee agrees, to bear the whole of such fees and costs in connection with or incidental to the application of, maintenance of and defending the registrations of the Trade Mark, the Name and/or the Permitted Names and/or arising from any of the foregoing proceedings or actions in the Territory, to the extent that any such fees and costs have accrued before the expiry or effective date of termination of this Agreement.

  • Any and all rights, title and interest in or to the Trade Mark, the Name and/or the Permitted Names and any and all proprietary rights (including but not limited to any goodwill and reputation) subsisting in the Trade Mark, the Name and/or the Permitted Names are and shall remain the sole property of the Licensor.

  • Licensee may not (x) use the ▇▇▇▇ standing alone, (y) use any variation, derivative or stylization of the Permitted Names, or (z) use the ▇▇▇▇ in connection or combination with any other name, term or logo (either of its own or a third party) other than the Permitted Names.

  • The Licensee will use the Trade Mark and/or engage in the Use of Permitted Names only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and without any breach, violation or contravention of any character or nature of any rights (including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights or industrial rights) of any third parties.

  • If Licensor decides in its sole discretion to register the ▇▇▇▇ or the Permitted Names, Licensee agrees to affix all such trademark notices as may be requested by Licensor or required under applicable laws.

  • Licensee may not assign, sublicense, pledge, mortgage or otherwise encumber this Agreement or its right to use the ▇▇▇▇ or the Permitted Names, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • The Licensor may, at its sole and absolute option, require the Licensee, and the Licensee agrees, to bear the whole of such fees and costs in connection with or incidental to the application of, maintenance of and defending the registrations of the Trade ▇▇▇▇ and/or the Permitted Names and/or arising from any of the foregoing proceedings or actions in the Territory, to the extent that any such fees and costs have accrued before the expiry or effective date of termination of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the restrictions in clause (ii) above do not restrict Sellers’ right to use or license for use by others the m▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (other than in the Permitted Names or in combination with “WELL SERVICING” or “ENGINEERED PRODUCTS”) in respect of parts or service.

  • Licensee shall not take any action that could be detrimental to the ▇▇▇▇, the Permitted Names or their associated goodwill.
