  • Permitted Number means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g., volume license) granted by Xxxxxx.

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Usable marijuana means the dried leaves and flowers of marijuana, and any mixture or preparation thereof, and does not include the seeds, stalks, and roots of the plant.

Tenant acknowledges that it has reviewed the detail of the Rentable Area and Usable Area of the Premises prior to execution of this Lease and understands and agrees to the methodology. The Common Areas shall be subject to the exclusive management and control of Landlord, and Tenant shall comply with all Rules and Regulations pertaining to the Common Areas. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to designate, and in its reasonable discretion, relocate and limit the use of particular areas or portions of the Common Areas; provided Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Tenant at least five (5) calendar days in advance of any such material relocation or limitation.
