Permitted Organisation means an organisation that has signed a Data Sharing Agreement and is added to Part A of the table in Schedule 1 as agreed by the Parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure;

Examples of Permitted Organisation in a sentence

  • In the event of a finding that the sharing of Achievement Data is beyond the Permitted Purpose the ESFA will take immediate steps to rectify the breach or to revoke Access by the Permitted Organisation, if the breach is not rectified to His reasonable satisfaction within 10 days of such breach being brought to His attention.
