If any other public announcement is required by Law to be made by any party hereto or any of its directors, officers, Affiliates or any Permitted Representative, prior to making such announcement, to the extent practicable such party or Permitted Representative shall deliver a draft of such announcement to the other parties and shall give the other parties reasonable opportunity to comment thereon.
Receiving Party shall advise each Permitted Representative of the confidential nature of the information.
