Permitted Sublicensees means the parties set out and identified as such in an applicable an Approved Data Licence.

Permitted Sublicensees means any Affiliate of XXXXX or any Third Party that manufactures Covered ODNs for XXXXX or any sublicensee of XXXXX having rights thereto; (iv) “Pfizer Process Patent Claims” shall mean any claims contained in any issued patent hereafter during the Term of this Agreement owned or controlled by PFIZER or its Affiliates, which claims are directed to any manufacturing process (including, without limitation, synthesis, purification or analytical methods) that have been used by PFIZER or its Affiliates in the manufacturing or processing of bulk active substance for the Compound or a Research Compound; (v) “Covered ODNs” means [************ **************************************************************************************************** ******** ****** *******************************************]; (vi) “Derived from the Collaboration” means those circumstances under which the conception or reduction to practice of an invention is materially related to performance of activities of PFIZER employees under the Screening and Evaluation Agreement or this Agreement.
Permitted Sublicensees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.
Permitted Sublicensees means those customers listed on Appendix F attached hereto to whom Licensee may grant sublicenses of the Analog Hardware Technology and Analog Design Tools pursuant to the provisions hereof. Such Appendix may be amended from time to time by Licensee with the prior written consent of Analog; provided, that such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Permitted Sublicensees means: (a) SpinCo; and (b) any of SpinCo’s Subsidiaries (other than Licensee) that are engaged in the SpinCo Business (excluding any Former SpinCo Business) as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date, but excluding the entities listed on Attachment 8; provided, that, in the event that (i) SpinCo acquires, otherwise obtains or forms additional direct or indirect Subsidiaries after the Distribution Date, any such Subsidiary shall be deemed a Permitted Sublicensee upon Parent’s written consent, (x) which shall not be unreasonably withheld with respect to any wholly-owned Subsidiary, and (y) which shall be provided in Parent’s sole discretion with respect to any other Subsidiary, and (ii) any Permitted Sublicensee ceases to be a Subsidiary of SpinCo, except as and to the extent provided in Section 10.1(c), such Person shall immediately cease to be a “Permitted Sublicensee” and all sublicenses granted to it under the rights and licenses hereunder shall automatically terminate forthwith.
Permitted Sublicensees means the Affiliated Sublicensees and the Third Party Sublicensees to which TerreStar may have granted rights under and pursuant to the First Amended and Restated Agreement.
Permitted Sublicensees means:
(a) SpinCo;
(b) subject to Section 2.4, any of SpinCo’s Subsidiaries (other than Licensee) that are engaged in the SpinCo Business (excluding any Former SpinCo Business) as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date and are set forth on Attachment 10A; provided, that in the event that SpinCo acquires, otherwise obtains or forms additional direct or indirect Subsidiaries after the Distribution Date, any such Subsidiary shall be deemed a Permitted Sublicensee upon Parent’s written consent, (x) which shall not be unreasonably withheld or denied with respect to any wholly-owned Subsidiary, and (y) which shall be provided in Parent’s sole discretion with respect to any other Subsidiary; and
(c) subject to Section 2.4, any of SpinCo’s Minority JVs that are engaged in the SpinCo Business (excluding any Former SpinCo Business) as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date and are set forth on Attachment 10B; provided, that in the event that SpinCo obtains ordinary voting power in or forms any additional direct or indirect joint venture that is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo, any such joint venture shall be deemed a Permitted Sublicensee and such joint venture shall be added to Attachment 10B, upon Xxxxxx’s written consent, to be provided in Parent’s sole discretion.
