Permitted Sublicensees definition
Permitted Sublicensees means the parties set out and identified as such in an applicable an Approved Data Licence.

Permitted Sublicensees means entities: (a) that will be manufacturing, developing or registering Products on behalf of BMS, including pursuant to co-commercialization or co-development agreements (for the purpose of manufacturing, development or registration); or (b) to whom BMS sublicenses a Qualified FDC (but, in the case of this clause (b), only for use with such Qualified FDC).
Permitted Sublicensees means any Affiliate of ▇▇▇▇▇ or any Third Party that manufactures Covered ODNs for ▇▇▇▇▇ or any sublicensee of ▇▇▇▇▇ having rights thereto; (iv) “Pfizer Process Patent Claims” shall mean any claims contained in any issued patent hereafter during the Term of this Agreement owned or controlled by PFIZER or its Affiliates, which claims are directed to any manufacturing process (including, without limitation, synthesis, purification or analytical methods) that have been used by PFIZER or its Affiliates in the manufacturing or processing of bulk active substance for the Compound or a Research Compound; (v) “Covered ODNs” means [************ **************************************************************************************************** ******** ****** *******************************************]; (vi) “Derived from the Collaboration” means those circumstances under which the conception or reduction to practice of an invention is materially related to performance of activities of PFIZER employees under the Screening and Evaluation Agreement or this Agreement.
Permitted Sublicensees means, unless otherwise separately agreed by the parties in writing, entities in which SMD has an ownership or other similar controlling interest of [***] percent [***] or more, which entities do not have, and are not Affiliates of entities (other than SMD) that have, their own OLED programs. Such entities shall be Permitted Sublicensees only for so long as they continue to satisfy the foregoing requirements.
Permitted Sublicensees means Third Parties that are permitted sublicensees of Novartis under the Penn-Novartis Collaboration that become sublicensed under the Penn-Novartis Collaboration to participate in the commercialization of products as contemplated by the Penn-Novartis Collaboration.
