Permitted Term Indebtedness Documents definition

Permitted Term Indebtedness Documents means the Term Credit Agreement and any other credit agreement or other agreement or instrument evidencing or governing the rights of the holders of any Permitted Term Indebtedness.
Permitted Term Indebtedness Documents means the Term Credit Agreement and any other credit agreement or other agreement or instrument evidencing or governing the rights of the holders of any Permitted Term Indebtedness. “Person” means any natural person, corporation, limited partnership, general partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, joint stock company, joint venture, association, company, trust, bank, trust company, land trust, business trust or other organization, whether or not a legal entity, and any Governmental Authority. “Platform” means IntraLinks/IntraAgency, SyndTrak or another similar website or other information platform. “Pledge and Security Agreement” means the ABL Pledge and Security Agreement to be executed by the Credit Parties substantially in the form of Exhibit I. “PNC Bank” as defined in the preamble hereto. “Post-Term Backstop Letter of Credit” as defined in Section 2.4(e).
