Each Party represents and warrants to the other that it will comply at all times with the provisions of the Generic Drug Enforcement Act of 1992 and upon request each Party will certify in writing to the other Party that neither such Party, its employees, nor any Person providing services for such Party under this Agreement has been debarred under the provisions of such Act.
