Personal communication service means commercial mobile services provided under a license issued by the FCC.
Personal communication service means a radio service in which common carriers are authorized by the FCC and licensed under 47 CFR Part 24, Subpart E as currently in effect as of the Effective Date, and amended from time to time, to offer and provide service for hire to the general public utilizing the following frequency bandwidths: 1850-1890 MHz, 1930-1970 MHz, 2130-2150 MHz, and ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ PCS). PCS does not include Cellular Radiotelephone Service.
