Personal Computer definition

Personal Computer means an IP-enabled desktop or laptop device with a hard drive, keyboard and monitor, designed for multiple office and other applications using a silicon chip/microprocessor architecture – and shall not include any Mobile Phones or Tablets. A Personal Computer must support one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS, subsequent versions of any of these, and other operating system agreed in writing with Licensor.
Personal Computer means a lap top or handheld computer, including accessories or attachments. This does not include iPhone, Blackberry, other smart phones, or personal digital assistants.
Personal Computer means a laptop or a desktop personal computer that runs a PC-only (non-mobile version) of Windows OS, Mac OS or Linux OS and that supports the applicable Security Solution and has an Authorized Application installed. The term “Personal Computer” excludes any portable device (except a laptop personal computer), handheld device, tablet, iOS device (e.g. iPad) or Android OS device, phone, cellular or mobile device, game console, digital media adapter, set-top box, Blu-ray player, television and any other Permitted Device.

Personal Computer means any computer configured so that its primary purpose is for use by one person at a time, that uses a video display and keyboard (whether or not that video display and keyboard is included) and that contains an Intel x86 compatible (or successor) microprocessor. Servers, television set top boxes, handheld computers, game consoles, telephones, pagers, and personal digital assistants are examples of products that are not Personal Computers within the meaning of this definition.
Personal Computer means a laptop computer, including accessories or attachments and any hand held computer. This does not include smart phones (including iPhone or Blackberry) or personal digital assistants (PDA).

Personal Computer means a general purpose computer, such as a desktop, laptop, tablet or netbook, that (a) is not a Mobile Device, and (b) is primarily designed to be used by a single individual or small group of individuals at one time and to perform a multiplicity of general purpose computing functions at the direction of the user through applications. Examples include, as of the Effective Date, devices such as a Dell Inspiron, the Lenovo Thinkpad, the Apple iPad and the Toshiba Mini.

Personal Computer or “PC” shall mean a hardware product which is designed and marketed with the primary purpose of operating a wide variety of productivity, entertainment, and other software applications provided by unrelated third party software vendors, which operates depending upon the use of a full function and full feature set computer operating system of the type(s) then in widespread use with hardware to operate general purpose laptop, desktop, server, and large format tablet microprocessor based computers. This definition of Personal Computer shall exclude hardware products that are designed and/or marketed to have as their primary purpose any number of the following: television, television receiver, portable media player, audio/video receiver, radio, audio headphone, audio speaker, personal digital assistant (“PDA”), telephone or similar telephony based device, game console, personal video recorder (“PVR”), player for digital versatile disc (“DVD”) or other optical media, video camera, still camera, camcorder, video editing and format conversion device, video image projection device, and shall further exclude any similar type of consumer, professional or industrial device.
Personal Computer means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled desktop or laptop device with a hard drive, keyboard and monitor, designed for multiple office and other applications using a silicon chip/microprocessor architecture that satisfies Exhibit 3.
