Personal care definition

Personal care means the provision of hands-on services to assist an individual with activities of daily living.
Personal care means assistance with the essential activities of daily living which may include but are not limited to transferring, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and housekeeping that are essential to the health and welfare of the tenant.
Personal care means assistance with the activities of daily living which the recipient can perform only with difficulty.
