Personal Deposit Account(s) definition

Personal Deposit Account(s) means any checking account, money market account, savings account, certificate of deposit, individual retirement account, or other deposit account that you have with us, that was established primarily for personal, family or household purposes.
Personal Deposit Account(s) means the checking, regular savings or savings with limited check writing privileges (money market type) accounts you have with us. "Personal Credit Account(s)" means Commerce BankCard Accounts as well as a Branch Line of Credit, home equity line of credit or personal loan you have with us. "Bankcard Accounts" mean credit card accounts that you hold with Us. "Personal Accounts" refer collectively to both Personal Deposit Accounts and Personal Credit Accounts and to qualify as a Personal Account, the account must be established primarily for personal, family or household purposes and designated by you for access through the Service, including your designated Payment Account(s) and Billing Account(s). "Business Deposit Account(s)" means the checking, regular savings or savings with limited check writing privileges (money market type, if eligible) accounts you have with us. "Business Credit Accounts" mean Commerce Bankcard Accounts (when available for access) as well as Branch Lines of Credit and business loans you have with us. "Business Accounts" refer collectively to both Business Deposit Accounts and Business Credit Accounts and to qualify as a Business Account, the account must be established primarily for business purposes and designated by you for access through the Service, including your designated Payment Account(s). "Payment Account (s)" means the checking account(s) from which you have asked us to make Online Bill Payments. "Deposit Account(s)" refers collectively

Examples of Personal Deposit Account(s) in a sentence

  • Funds can be transferred immediately or on a future date between your Personal Deposit Accounts that are Linked Accounts.

  • Therefore, you should not rely on email if you need to communicate with us immediately (for example, to request a stop payment, to report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card and/or Password, to report an unauthorized transaction from one of your Personal Deposit Accounts, or to report an error on your statement).

  • You may provide us with Transfer Instructions requesting that we transfer funds from your Personal Deposit Account(s) (other than certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts ("IRAs")) that are Linked Accounts to Online Banking to make either one-time or recurring payments on those Consumer Loans you have with us that are Linked Accounts.

  • If you have told us in advance to make regular, preauthorized EFTs from your Personal Deposit Account(s), you can stop any of these payments.

  • We may debit any of your Personal Deposit Accounts, Small Business Deposit Accounts or other deposit accounts to obtain payment for any Original Check that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • These Terms are therefore to be read in conjunction with the HSBC Debit Card Cardholder’s Agreement and the Terms and Conditions Governing Personal Deposit Accounts, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail over the HSBC Debit Card Cardholder’s Agreement or the Terms and Conditions Governing Personal Deposit Accounts to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

  • This includes the transfer of available funds between your Personal Deposit Account(s) (other than certificates of deposit and IRAs) that you have with us to one or more Personal Deposit Account(s) (other than certificates of deposit and IRAs).

  • For the purposes of the HSBC Debit Card Cardholder’s Agreement, “Card” shall include the HSBC Everyday Global Debit Card, and “Account” shall include your Everyday Global Account, which is provided to you on the terms of the Terms and Conditions Governing Personal Deposit Accounts.

  • You may request a stop payment on checks and preauthorized EFTs debited from your Personal Deposit Account(s) (other than certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts ("IRAs")).

  • Refer to your Personal Deposit Accounts Fee Schedule or your deposit agreement with the account-holding institution.
