Personal Devices definition

Personal Devices refers to any device that is not owned by OAT.
Personal Devices means non-Profound issued electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

  • The Executive acknowledges that the Executive is not authorized to retain any physical, computerized, electronic or other types of copies of any such physical, computerized, electronic or other types of records, documents, proposals, notes, lists, files or materials, and is not authorized to retain any property or equipment of the Company or any of its Affiliates (including any documents that exist on any Personal Devices and Media), after the Executive’s Separation from Service.

  • In addition, Executive agrees to abide by any policies, procedures and agreements that have been or are issued or entered into with the Corporation, the Bank and/or an Affiliate regarding the use of Personal Devices and Executive agrees not to interfere with the right of the Corporation to access the Personal Devices to search for, identify, copy, delete and/or erase all Work Product or Confidential Information created, generated, sent, received or stored thereon.

  • At the request of the Corporation, or in any event, on the Date of Termination, Executive shall provide a signed certification that lists all Personal Devices Executive used to either perform duties for the Corporation, the Bank and/or Affiliate and/or to communicate with others about the business of the Corporation, the Bank and/or any Affiliate during employment.

  • The obligation to cooperate with the Corporation regarding Personal Devices used in the business of the Corporation, the Bank and/or any Affiliate shall continue to apply during the ninety (90) days immediately after the Date of Termination.

  • We will not be liable for any losses, including, but not limited to, fees, expenses and costs incurred by you, resulting from use of your Credentials or Personal Devices and Software by unauthorized persons as a result of your failure to abide by the security precautions described in this section.

  • We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Services or Personal Devices and Software, including but not limited to, losses resulting from malicious software or codes affecting or resident on your Personal Devices and Software or caused through remote access of your Personal Devices and Software by unauthorized third parties who steal your Credentials and/or otherwise infiltrate your Personal Devices and Software.

  • You agree to keep your Credentials secure, to install the latest updates for your Personal Devices and Software and to run up-to-date anti-virus software.

  • DUE TO SECURITY BREACHES, BANDWIDTH LIMITATIONS, CYBER SAFETY/BULLYING, ETC.: NO Personal Devices will be allowed during school hours.

  • This policy document outlines the arrangements for the use of Personal Devices in school and on the College network.

  • User is responsible for ensuring all Personal Devices are adequately secured against loss, theft or use by persons not authorized to use the Personal Device(s).
