Personal Objectives definition

Personal Objectives means those personal objectives in effect from time to time for a Participant in accordance with the Administrative Guidelines.
Personal Objectives means personal goals related to certain key performance areas within such Participant’s area of responsibility or job scope used to assess individual performance, which may include but are not limited to goals such as: management of unanticipated, unpredictable or uncontrollable events; transactions such as mergers and acquisitions or divestitures; organizational development; succession planning; functional and operating accomplishments; governance and ethical conduct; health, environment and safety responsibilities; encouragement of diversity and inclusion; and contributions to special projects.
Personal Objectives means the set of standards used to measure a Participants' individual and group performance as defined in Paragraph 7.

Examples of Personal Objectives in a sentence

  • Based upon the Chief Executive Officer's evaluation of the Executive's attainment of the Personal Objectives, the Chief Executive Officer shall recommend to the Compensation Committee an award of Incentive Bonus of up to 12% of the Executive's Base Pay.

  • Up to 20% of the Executive's Maximum Incentive Bonus shall be awarded based upon the attainment of personal objectives ("Personal Objectives") which shall be defined in a writing provided to the Executive by the Chief Executive Officer after January 1/st/ and prior to January 30/th/ of each year this Agreement is in effect except that in the year the Executive executes this Agreement such writing shall be provided within 60 days of the date of execution by the Executive.

  • The Target Personal Objectives Bonus Amount shall be subdivided into two or three separate performance specific targeting bonus amounts which shall be jointly determined by the CEO and you within the next 30 days.

  • The performance standards and goals applicable to the Executive Bonus Plan shall be the Key Personal Objectives (“KPOs”) established in accordance with the Company’s Management Incentive Compensation Plan or any successor plan, as in effect from time to time (the “MICP”).

  • To the extent Employee has satisfied some or all of such Personal Objectives (the determination of which shall be made in good faith by the Company in a commercially reasonable and prompt manner after the end of the Plan Year), Employee will receive an Employee Performance Rating.

  • The Award (including, but not limited to the Personal Objectives and the Company Performance Percentage) is subject to adjustment as contemplated by the Plan.

  • Employee shall have certain Personal Objectives to be achieved during the Plan Year as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Personal Objectives”).

Personal Objectives means, for any Participant, personal goals related to certain key performance areas within such Participant’s area of responsibility or job scope used to assess individual performance, which may include, but are not limited to, goals such as: management of unanticipated, unpredictable or uncontrollable events; transactions such as mergers and acquisitions or divestitures; organizational development; succession planning; functional and operating accomplishments; governance and ethical conduct;
Personal Objectives means individual participant objectives that relate to projects or site, location, team or group goals for the Plan Year; the number of goals for a Participant may vary. Personal Objectives are reviewed and approved by the Committee for Officers of the Company. Payment of personal objectives is subject to the Company having Net Income for the fiscal year. The Committee may use negative discretion to establish a payout that is less than the 20% for the Personal Objective component depending upon its evaluation of the Participant’s achievement of his or her Personal Objectives.
