Personal PAD shall have the meaning set forth in the Pre-Authorized Debit Rules.

Personal PAD means a PAD drawn for the payment of goods or services related to your personal, household or consumer activity. You acknowledge that this Agreement is being entered into for our benefit and the benefit of any financial institution that holds the PAD Account (the "PAD Institution"), and is being entered into in consideration of the PAD Institution agreeing to process PADs against the PAD Account in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Payments Association. You authorize us to debit the PAD Account for all amounts owed to us for monthly rent payments and additional fees for service for the payment amount indicated under Payment Options on the Form.

You acknowledge that if this PAD is used for payment of a business TD Credit Card Account with us, it is a Business PAD. You acknowledge that if this PAD is used for payment of a personal TD Credit Card Account with us, it is a Personal PAD. You acknowledge that this Agreement is being entered into for our benefit and the benefit of any financial institution that holds the PAD Account (the "PAD Institution"), and is being entered into in consideration of the PAD Institution agreeing to process PADs against the PAD Account in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Payments Association. You authorize us to debit the PAD Account for all amounts owed to us from time to time under the TD Credit Card Account for the payment amount indicated under Payment Options on the Form.

Examples of Personal PAD in a sentence

  • Each PAD Authorization has been executed by persons with signing authority in respect of the account at a Canadian financial institution that is the subject of such PAD Authorization and any such PAD Authorization is a Business PAD and not a Personal PAD.

  • The financial institution shall reimburse me, on behalf of the organization, for any amounts withdrawn in error, within 90 calendar days of the withdrawal for a Personal PAD and within 10 business days for a Business PAD, provided that the reimbursement is claimed for a valid reason.

  • In order to be reimbursed for any disputed debit made to your Bank Account in the case of a Personal PAD or Business PAD, a declaration must be completed and sent to the Deposit Bank not more than 90 calendar days or 10 business days respectively after the date on which the disputed transaction was posted to your Bank account.

  • Personal Pay means additional pay granted to an employee:

  • Personal Computer(s) means computers based on a microprocessor generally designed to be used by one person at a time and which usually store informational data on that computer’s internal hard drive or attached peripheral. A personal computer can be found in various configurations such as laptops, net books, and desktops.

  • Personal Computer means an IP-enabled desktop or laptop device with a hard drive, keyboard and monitor, designed for multiple office and other applications using a silicon chip/microprocessor architecture – and shall not include any Mobile Phones or Tablets. A Personal Computer must support one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS, subsequent versions of any of these, and other operating system agreed in writing with Licensor.

  • Personal vehicle means a vehicle that is:

  • Personal care means the provision of hands-on services to assist an individual with activities of daily living.

  • Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.

  • Personal Grievance means a claim that an employee: (a) Has been unjustifiably dismissed; or (b) has had his/her employment, or his/her conditions of employment, affected to (c) his/her disadvantage by some unjustifiable action by the employer; or (d) has been discriminated against in his/her employment; or (e) has been sexually harassed in his/her employment; or (f) has been racially harassed in his/her employment; or (g) has been subjected to duress in relation to union membership.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”
