Personal Performance Goals means the goals established for each Participant each year to improve the effectiveness of the Participant’s area of responsibility as well as the Corporation as a whole.

More Definitions of Personal Performance Goals

Personal Performance Goals means goals appropriate for the Employee’s job function in light of the Business Plan, as established by the Employee and his/her manager, or by the Administrator in the case of Executive Officers.
