Personal Rights definition

Personal Rights means all rights of privacy (including personal data privacy), name, portrait, reputation, or personality under applicable Law.
Personal Rights which includes but is not limited to being treated with dignity, given safe accommodations, to be free from corporal or unusual punishment, to be informed of where complaints may be taken, to have religious freedom, never to be locked in place or placed in any restraining device unless approved in advance by the CDSS agency. A “Personal Rights” form is attachment #5 of this document; it gives more detailed information and is required to be completed by CDSS.
Personal Rights. Means any restriction, obligation or defect having a personal nature which encumbers (i) the title to the asset, its peaceful and full possession, (ii) the capacity of the transferor to freely dispose of the asset, or (iii) any other right inherent in its title. Personal Charges includes preferential acquisition rights, rights of first refusal, buy-back rights, obligations to offer, option rights, limitations on use, disposition or enjoyment, or any other limitations of rights inherent in the ownership of the asset in question, whether they be in the articles of association or of a voluntary, legal or contractual nature, or other charges, restrictions, encumbrances of a personal nature.

Personal Rights means any rights of publicity, or moral rights and rights of attribution and integrity owned by Ashland or SC or any of their respective Affiliates (including any Transferor) and used or held for use (in each case exclusively or predominantly) in the operation of the Transferred Business on the Closing Date. "Permitted Encumbrance" means (i) any of the Encumbrances set forth on Exhibit 1.1-3; (ii) statutory Encumbrances arising out of operation of law with respect to a liability incurred in the ordinary course of business consistent with prior practice and which is not delinquent or is being actively contested in good faith; (iii) such Encumbrances (other than monetary liens) and other imperfections of title as do not materially detract from the value or impair the use of the property subject thereto; (iv) liens for Taxes not delinquent or which are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and for which adequate reserves have been made in the Individual Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP; (v) mechanics', materialmens', carriers', workmens', warehousemens', repairmens', landlords' or other like liens and security obligations with respect to liabilities that are not delinquent or are being actively contested in good faith; or (vi) industrial use restrictions which do not materially impair the current use of the property of the Business. "Plan" means collectively:

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;

  • Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Owned Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
