Personal Service Use definition

Personal Service Use means a commercial use of a building in which services are provided to the body or the clothing of a person.
Personal Service Use means a business or occupation which provides services involving personal grooming or the care of a person’s apparel, including, but not limited to, laundry (not including self-service laundromat) services, manicurists, tailors, shoe repair shops, tanning salons.
Personal Service Use means, in the RC-4 Zone, a use providing services for the personal needs of individuals and includes uses providing grooming, tailors, depots for collecting dry cleaning and laundry, and other similar uses.

Personal Service Use means a building or part of a building in which persons are employed in providing services and otherwise administering to the individual and personal needs of persons, and shall include but not be limited to a barber, hairdresser, beautician, aesthetician, tailor, dressmaker, shoemaker, tanning salon, photography studio, dry cleaner, depots for collecting dry cleaning and laundry, clinics, and service or repair shops. The sale of merchandise shall be permitted only as a secondary use to the personal service provided.
Personal Service Use means a retail premise which caters to consumer personal needs and includes tailors, dressmakers, shoe repairs, photographers, barber and beauty shops, salons, and similar uses;
Personal Service Use means part of a building where a service is performed for the personal grooming and personal effects or clothing of the consumer, including: hair styling salon; barber shop; beautician; manicurist; tailor; spa; tanning salon; shoe repair shop; dry cleaning outlet; massage therapy service; and similar uses. The sale of accessory merchandise products and services shall be permitted.
Personal Service Use means a building or part of a building in which persons are employed in providing services and otherwise administering to the individual and personal needs of persons, and shall include but not be limited to a barber, hairdresser, beautician, aesthetician, tailor, seamstress, tanning salon, photography studio, body piercing establishment, tattoo parlour The sale of merchandise shall be permitted only as accessory to the personal service provided unless otherwise permitted.
Personal Service Use means a business that is associated with the grooming or health of persons or the maintenance or repair of personal wardrobe articles and accessories, and may include a hair salon, beauty parlor, tailor, self service laundry, or depots for collecting dry cleaning and laundry.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Office use means a building housing a commercial use.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

A service lateral is also an underground facility that is used in the removal of wastewater from a customer’s premises.
