Personnel Rules and Regulations definition

Personnel Rules and Regulations or “PRRs” means those rules and regulations adopted by the City to govern many of the aspects of the working conditions, pay, and benefits for City employees, including Officers who are subject to this Agreement.

  • Written reprimands which shall not be subject to the provisions of Article 21 of the Personnel Rules and Regulations nor reviewable under any administrative procedure other than this grievance procedure.
