Petition for Adoption definition

Petition for Adoption means a petition, filed in circuit court by any person, for leave to adopt another person.

  • Petition for Adoption of Rules.Any interested party may request adoption of a rule(s) by submitting a letter of request to the TBPG with a draft of the rule(s) attached.
