Petition for Declaratory Ruling definition

Petition for Declaratory Ruling means a filing that shall be submitted to the FCC by the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.5000 et seq. for Reorganized iHeart to exceed the 25 percent indirect foreign ownership benchmark contained in 47 U.S.C. § 310(b)(4).
Petition for Declaratory Ruling means a filing with the FCC by Cumulus pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.5000 for Reorganized Cumulus to exceed the 25% indirect foreign ownership benchmark in 47 U.S.C. § 310(b)(4).
