PETROLEUM RIGHT HOLDER means a Person registered under and in accordance with the Petroleum Law as a petroleum right holder.
right holder means a person or a legal entity that was previously granted or lawfully acquired a fishing right or which will be granted a right in the allocation process envisaged in this Policy.
Ticket Holder means any individual possessing, holding or using a Ticket, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was issued or transferred;
Co-op Shares Shares issued by private non-profit housing corporations.
licence holder means any person who is licensed for street trading under Part III of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 as amended.
Management Shares means a management share in the capital of the ICAV which shall have the right to receive an amount not to exceed the consideration period for such Management Share.
VMTP Shares has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Existing Shareholder means any Person that is a holder of Ordinary Shares as of December 8, 2017.
Contract holder means the person to whom the Benefit Plan is issued. Any other person approved for coverage with the Contract Holder under this plan is a dependent. Under Group coverage, the Contract Holder is the Member who is eligible for coverage because of his or her affiliation with a Group.
License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
Transferring Shareholder has the meaning set out in Section 6.1;
Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.
Eligible Shareholder means an existing or new investor of the Company that is eligible at the ACD’s discretion to invest in the Class X Shares upon entering into an agreement with the ACD and fulfilling the eligibility conditions set by the ACD from time to time.
Eligible Stockholder means a person who has either (1) been a record holder of the shares of common stock of the Corporation used to satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3.2(d) continuously for the required three-year period or (2) provides to the Secretary of the Corporation, within the time period referred to in Section 3.2(e), evidence of continuous Ownership of such shares for such three-year period from one or more securities intermediaries.
Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.
Full Entitlement Share(s) shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.
Other Shareholders means persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company other than this Agreement, are entitled to include their securities in certain registrations hereunder.
Defaulting Shareholder has the meaning set out in clause 16.7;
Permit Holder means the Person to whom a Building Permit has been issued.
Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.
Other Shares means at any time those shares of Common Stock which do not constitute Primary Shares or Registrable Shares.
SpinCo Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SpinCo.
Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.
Management Shareholders means Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx.
Stockholder Shares means the shares of common stock of the Company issued or issuable to the Stockholder in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Reorganization Agreement, and any securities of the Company issued as a dividend on or other distribution with respect to, or in exchange for or replacement of, such common stock.
Deceased Holder Not applicable.
Option Holder means a Person or Entity who holds an unexercised and unexpired Option or, where applicable, the Personal Representative of such person.
