Pfandbrief Act definition
Pfandbrief Act means the German Pfandbrief Act (Pfandbriefgesetz), as amended or replaced from time to time; to the extent that any provisions of the Pfandbrief Act are amended or replaced, the reference to provisions of the Pfandbrief Act as used in these Terms and Conditions of the Pfandbriefe shall refer to such amended provisions or successor provisions from time to time.

The Policyholder shall submit to the Federal Government a declaration issued by the trustee appointed in accordance with Section 7 of PfandBG (Pfandbrief Act) confirming that the claim under the Loan Agreement has been duly entered in the cover pool register for public Pfandbriefe.
