PGI Employees definition
PGI Employees shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.6(a).
Examples of PGI Employees in a sentence
HGPI shall also provide the PGI Employees with such health, welfare and other employee benefit plans, programs and policies that are provided to similarly situated employees of HGPI, subject to any waiting period requirements not to exceed 60 days with respect to participation and coverage requirements applicable to the PGI Employees, and PGI shall be responsible for and shall pay all amounts under such health, welfare and other employee benefit plans for such waiting period not to exceed 60 days.
