Pharmacy Manual means this manual.
Pharmacy Manual. The web site provided by MC-Rx, to which all Pharmacies will have access in order to view additional terms and conditions to this Agreement. The Pharmacy Manual is subject to change from time to time by MC-Rx. The policies, procedures and regulations contained in the Pharmacy Manual are incorporated herein by this reference. Plan Sponsor: Entity that issues, sponsors or administers drug benefits. Plan Sponsor is contracted with MC-Rx to use a MC-Rx participating Pharmacy for Drug Products and Services to provide drug benefits to a Covered Person. Prescription Card: Printed ID card issued to a Covered Person of a Plan Sponsor indicating that the Covered Person is eligible for a specific Benefit Plan Design. Presentation of a card does not always guarantee coverage.
Pharmacy Manual means the written description of practices, policies, rules and procedures provided by Payor to the Provider for pharmacies dispensing Covered Medications and non-prescription medications, supplies and other items and providing Covered Services to Members in effect at the date of this Amending Agreement and attached hereto as Schedule B.
