Pharmacy Payment definition

Pharmacy Payment means the amount payable to Pharmacy as described in the applicable Exhibit B, Rates and Terms Exhibit, for the Prescription Drug Services rendered hereunder.

  • With each request for a Core Pharmacy Payment, PROVIDER shall provide PLAN with a schedule of Part D Pharmaceuticals dispensed that are covered by such Core Pharmacy Payment.

  • The parties acknowledge that PLAN bears the sole and exclusive, subject to inclusion for purposes of calculating “Deficit” and “Surplus” for purposes of Exhibit 3, financial responsibility for providing Injectable Drugs (as hereinafter defined) to PROVIDER Medicare Members and that the Core Pharmacy Payment does not include any costs, fees or charges associated with providing Injectable Drugs.

  • If the parties disagree with respect to the amount of any Core Pharmacy Payment, then either party may submit the disputed amount to the Actuary for final resolution in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.5(a).

  • The Contractor‘s Pharmacy Payment Report will list all pharmacies eligible for pharmacy payment within the invoicing period.

  • Locum fees will be paid to cover training (initial and update) by completing the relevant claim contained in the Local Pharmacy Payment Workbook.

  • Once the Pharmacy Payment Report has been generated, payments are sent to the providers either by check or electronic funds transfer, within ten days from the date the Pharmacy Payment Report was generated.
