Phase 1 EPC Agreement definition

Phase 1 EPC Agreement means the engineering, procurement and construction agreement being contemplated by (or if executed, then between) Owner and Contractor for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and testing of the Phase 1 Liquefaction Facility, to be located at the Phase 1 Site.

  • Phase 1 Study means a clinical study of a drug candidate in human patients with the primary objective of characterizing its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics and identifying a recommended dose and regimen for future studies as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a), or a comparable clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.   • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
