Phase 2 Funding definition

Phase 2 Funding. Use the purchased age corporation to obtain corporate funding with JV Partners as officers for the corporation. Then use the corporations credit line to pay back any personal loans used in the phase one. The pay back of the personal loan by the age corporation will clear the credit of the JV Partner which then will allow JV Partner to do this process multiple times.
Phase 2 Funding. The remaining funds of this Subward in the amount of $18, 872 (Eighteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars) will be dispersed after 6 month financial report is received.
Phase 2 Funding means, in relation to any funding calls of up to, in aggregate $200m (taking into account the Initial Funding), the amount to be advanced in relation to the Business by the Shareholders (or their respective affiliates) which the Company approves to be required for its working capital needs in the ordinary course of the Business pursuant to the Business Plan, but not including the Excluded Funding.
