Phase Design definition

Phase Design has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

Examples of Phase Design in a sentence

  • The Project Architect shall submit construction cost estimates as described in Article 1.1.15 at completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and at the following stages of completion of the Construction Documents Phase: 50%, 75%, 100%.

  • The Architect/Engineer shall submit Estimated Construction Costs as described in Subparagraph 1.1.19 at completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and at the following stages of completion of the Construction Documents Phase: 50%, 100%.

  • The Architectural Designer shall make revisions in designs, plans, plats, drawings, specifications, reports, or other documents produced for the Project, at no additional cost to the School District, at all Design Phases, including the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Documents Phase, and Bid Documents Phase.

Related to Phase Design

  • Project designer means any person who designs the following activities with respect to friable ACM in a facility: a response action other than a small-scale short-duration activity, a maintenance activity that disturbs friable ACM other than a small-scale short-duration maintenance activity, or a response action for a major fiber release episode and meets the certification requirements of this regulation.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
