Phase I Portion definition

Phase I Portion shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Company will proceed with the Phase I Portion of the Company Work promptly following Company’s receipt of the Initial Prepayment.

  • Customer shall provide Company with a prepayment of $450,000 (“Initial Prepayment”), such amount representing Company’s current estimate of the Company Reimbursable Costs to perform the Phase I Portion of the Company Work.

  • Until the Phase I Substantial Completion Date with respect to the Phase I Portion of the Project and the Substantial Completion Date with respect to the Balance of the Project, Contractor shall be responsible for technical direction of Owner’s operations Personnel.

  • On the Phase I Substantial Completion Date, Contractor shall leave the Phase I Portion of the Project Site in a neat, clean and orderly condition, ready for use and occupancy by Owner, removing all waste materials, rubbish and debris.

  • Following transfer of possession and control of the Phase I Portion of the Project to Owner, Contractor (and its Subcontractors and the Owner Suppliers) will have reasonable access to the Phase I Portion of the Project consistent with the schedule established in accordance with, and the other requirements of, this Section 6.6 and the cooperation of Owner as necessary for Contractor to complete any Work still remaining to be performed hereunder, including the Phase I Punch List items.


More Definitions of Phase I Portion

Phase I Portion. The entire 19th floor of the Building is hereinafter referred to as the "19TH FLOOR."

Related to Phase I Portion

  • Active portion means that portion of a facility where treatment, storage, or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after May 19, 1980, and which is not a closed portion. (See also “closed portion” and “inactive portion.”)

  • Allocable Portion for purposes of this Plan, means (1) if there is one Distributor, all Earned Distribution and Earned Servicing Fees; or (2) if there are two or more Distributors, the portion of the Earned Distribution Fee and Earned Servicing Fee allocated to a Distributor in accordance with any allocation procedures to which each Distributor shall agree and which accurately allocates the Earned Distribution and Earned Servicing Fees among all Distributors in proportion to the outstanding New Class X Shares attributable to their respective efforts.

  • Phase III means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product, which trial is designed to: (a) establish that a Licensed Product is safe and efficacious for its intended use; (b) define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the Licensed Product in the dosage range to be prescribed; (c) support regulatory approval of such Licensed Product; and (d) be generally consistent with 21 CFR § 312.21(c). Said trial may be conducted in any country.

  • Portion is defined in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Inactive portion means that portion of a facility which is not operated after November 19, 1980. See also "active portion" and "closed portion".
