Phase I Portion definition

Phase I Portion shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Phase I Portion. The entire 19th floor of the Building is hereinafter referred to as the "19TH FLOOR."

Related to Phase I Portion

  • Active portion means that portion of a facility where treatment, storage, or disposal operations are being or have been conducted after May 19, 1980, and which is not a closed portion. (See also “closed portion” and “inactive portion.”)
