Phase II Opening Date definition

Phase II Opening Date as defined in the Disbursement Agreement.
Phase II Opening Date means the date on which the Disbursement Agent countersigns the Company's Opening Date for the Phase II Project pursuant to Section 6.4 of the Disbursement Agreement acknowledging that the Opening Conditions have been satisfied.
Phase II Opening Date means the date on which all or any portion of the Phase II Project is open for business, and the opening conditions set forth in the Disbursement Agreement have been satisfied.

  • In any event, the Company shall remove such easements before they interfere in any material respect with the prosecution of the work involved with the Phase I Project or the Phase II Project in accordance with the Project Schedules, and in any event, prior to the Phase I Opening Date (for easements affecting the Phase I Project) and prior to the Phase II Opening Date (for easements affecting the Phase II Project).

  • The Phase II Opening Date is scheduled to occur on or before the Phase II Scheduled Opening Date and the Phase II Completion Date is scheduled to occur on or before the Phase II Scheduled Completion Date.

Related to Phase II Opening Date

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Increased Facility Closing Date any Business Day designated as such in an Increased Facility Activation Notice.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Incremental Facility Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d).

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Initial Closing Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.2 hereof.
