PhenomeX Acquisition definition

PhenomeX Acquisition means the previously announced acquisition by the Company of all of the outstanding shares of PhenomeX, Inc., a Delaware corporation, consummated on or around October 2, 2023.

  • Land acquisition means the taking of or alienation of land, buildings or other assets thereon for purposes of the Project.
