Photo Booth definition

Photo Booth means the Photo Booth which we have agreed to hire to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Photo Booth means any video photo booth.
Photo Booth. A District employee MUST monitor the picture/photo booth at ALL times. No pictures are to be posted or purchased via internet. The vendor agrees to provide a $500,000 general liability insurance policy to cover the facility for the length of time the vendor is on site. In addition, the vendor agrees to defend and hold harmless the District for any and all liability arising from the presentation and associated activities. Payment may not be paid in full before services are rendered. Payment in full may be paid to the vendor immediately following the completed performance. This contract is subject to Act of God or government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide facilities or hold the events. Should vendor cancel this contract for reasons other than Act of God, etc., and another date time cannot be mutually agreed upon, vendor shall refund all monies (including deposits) to the District. The District reserves the right to cancel this contract without cause with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. Vendor shall refund all monies to the District within thirty (30) calendar days. The vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, and statutes of any and all local, state, or national governing bodies included within this section. The vendor shall comply with the regulations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, in which no person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, creed, color, or national origin be excluded from participation in or be denied the proceeds of, or be subject to discrimination in the performance of this agreement. As provided for under common law, and to the extent specifically authorized by Section 768.28, Florida Statutes, Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the District harmless from and against all damages of any nature whatsoever which are caused or materially contributed to by the negligent acts of any officer, employee, and agent or other representative of the Vendor and which are not caused or materially contributed to by any officer, employee, agent or other representative of the District. The laws of the State of Florida govern this contract and venue for this contract will be the appropriate court of Pasco County, Florida.

  • Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event's venue.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring power is available for the Photo Booth.

  • You have no right, title or interest in the Photo Booth other than that you are entitled to hire the Photo Booth for the Hire Period.

  • You must ensure that the space provided for the Photo Booth is suitable.

  • At the sole decision of the Provider, they shall decide to offer the media generated by the Photo Booth available to the Client for purchase, on a license basis, or any other agreed-upon terms.

  • If you require the Photo Booth to be set up earlier than this, an idle time charge applies.

  • Unless otherwise notified and agreed with you, you agree that all pictures taken in the Photo Booth may be uploaded to a web gallery unless otherwise stated and exempt us from responsibility of publishing the pictures.

  • The Provider grants permission to use any and all media generated by the Photo Booth through the course of the Event for any purpose, including promotional purposes, waiving any claim to libel, invasion of privacy, or similar perceived damages.

  • Should the Provider fail to provide a fully operational Photo Booth for the Event, the Client’s only remedy will be a full refund.

  • You are deemed to have accepted the Hire Charge for the hire of the Photo Booth, and other terms such as delivery, which have been quoted to you at the time of placing your order.
