Photocopying definition

Photocopying means the process of reproducing, in the form of a photocopy, a public record or writing.

  • Because they are based on access to the CCC Annual Authorizations Service repertory, the License Fees set forth herein are net of all factors that might otherwise be considered deductions therefrom, including fair use and Photocopying of User's own works that may be included in such repertory.

  • Photocopying charges shall be borne by the requesting faculty member.

  • Libraries may share the Licensed Material with other libraries through an inter-library loan program that conforms to the CONTU Guidelines on Photocopying under Interlibrary Loan Arrangements available on the National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyright Works (“CONTU”) website.
