PHR Money definition
PHR Money or any name reasonably similar thereto after the Closing Date in connection with any business related to, competitive with, or an outgrowth of, the business conducted by the Seller on the date of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Seller shall be permitted to use its corporate name for purposes of winding up its business.
