Physical Change definition

Physical Change means a Service modification that requires some physical change of Service, at the request of the Customer.
Physical Change means expected change in: surface water or groundwater conditions; water flow, Delta and riverine conditions; surface water or groundwater quality; aquatic and terrestrial biological resources; energy resources; recreation resources; or other resources affected by the change in diversion, storage, or use of water provided by a proposed project.
Physical Change means, for the purpose of this rule, any change in a substance which does not change the properties of the substance. Such changes include but are not limited to crushing, grinding, drying, change of state and sizing.

More Definitions of Physical Change

Physical Change means the installation, replacement, movement or expansion or a series of replacements, movements or expansions of the Equipment or the installation of additional connections to the Equipment. Related to Physical Change

  • Substantial Change means a change to the terms of this Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.

  • Technological Change in this Article means: (a) the introduction by the Company into its business of equipment or material of a different nature or kind than that previously utilized by the Company in the operation of its business and (b) a change in the manner in which the Company carries on the business that is directly related to the introduction of that equipment or material.

  • Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn. Stat. § 125A.0942 or § 245.825.

  • Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.

  • Physical harm means bodily injury, impairment, or disease.

  • physical nexus means that you have physical presence, such as: a building/facility located in Seattle, you make sales trips into Seattle, your own company drives into Seattle for product deliveries, and/or you conduct service work in Seattle (repair, installation, service, maintenance work, on-site consulting, etc).

  • Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.

  • Physical hazard means a chemical for which there is scientifically valid evidence that it is a combustible liquid, a compressed gas, explosive, flammable, an organic peroxide, an oxidizer, pyrophoric, unstable (reactive) or water-reactive.

  • Physical impairment means any physiological disorder or condition, cosmetic disfigurement, or anatomical loss affecting one or more of the following body systems: neurological; musculoskeletal; special sense organs; respiratory, including speech organs; cardiovascular; reproductive, digestive, genito-urinary; hemic and lymphatic; skin; and endocrine.

  • Potential Change of Control means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, or by any actual or potential bidder(s) relating to any potential Change of Control of the Issuer.

  • Physical Escort means the temporary touching or holding the hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, or back of a student who is acting out for the purpose of inducing the student to walk to a safe location.

  • Physical Property has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Delivery” above.

  • Physical assault means intentionally causing or attempting to cause physical harm to another through force or violence.

  • Appraisal Reduction Event With respect to any Serviced Loan, the earliest of (i) the date on which such Serviced Loan becomes a Modified Asset, (ii) the date on which such Serviced Loan is 60 days or more delinquent in respect of any Monthly Payment, which does not include a Balloon Payment, (iii) solely in the case of a delinquent Balloon Payment, (A) the date occurring 60 days after the date on which such Balloon Payment was due (except as described in the immediately following clause (B)) or (B) if the related Mortgagor has delivered to the Master Servicer (who shall promptly deliver a copy thereof to the Special Servicer) or the Special Servicer (who shall promptly deliver a copy thereof to the Master Servicer) a refinancing commitment acceptable to the Special Servicer prior to the date 60 days after the Balloon Payment was due, the date occurring 120 days after the date on which the Balloon Payment was due (or such shorter period beyond the date on which that Balloon Payment was due during which the refinancing is scheduled to occur), (iv) the date on which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property, (v) a receiver or similar official is appointed and continues for 60 days in such capacity in respect of the related Mortgaged Property, (vi) 60 days after the related Mortgagor is subject to a bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceedings, which, in the case of an involuntary bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, is not dismissed within those 60 days, or (vii) the date on which such Serviced Loan remains outstanding five (5) years following any extension of its maturity date pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement. If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Companion Loan(s). If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any other Serviced Companion Loan(s) included as part of that Serviced Loan Combination. No Appraisal Reduction Event may occur at any time when the aggregate Certificate Balance of all Classes of Principal Balance Certificates (other than the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-AB Certificates) has been reduced to zero. The Special Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer and the Master Servicer shall notify the Special Servicer, as applicable, promptly upon the occurrence of any of the foregoing events.

  • Serious physical harm means bodily injury that involves a substantial risk of death, extreme physical pain, protracted and obvious disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty.

  • Physical custody means the physical care and supervision of a child.

  • Material Change means a change that an average, careful investor would want to know about before making an investment decision. If a material change occurs afler you make an investment commitment but before the ORering closes, then the Company will notify you and ask whether you want to invest anyway. If you do not affirmatively choose to invest, then your commitment will be cancelled, your funds will be returned to you, and you will not receive any securities.

  • Psychological abuse which shall mean conduct by a custodian intentionally or recklessly causing, by verbal or non-verbal conduct, a substantial diminution of a service recipient's emotional, social or behavioral development or condition, supported by a clinical assessment performed by a physician, psychologist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed clinical or master social worker or licensed mental health counselor, or causing the likelihood of such diminution. Such conduct may include but shall not be limited to intimidation, threats, the display of a weapon or other object that could reasonably be perceived by a service recipient as a means for infliction of pain or injury, in a manner that constitutes a threat of physical pain or injury, taunts, derogatory comments or ridicule.

  • Potential Change in Control means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.

  • Fédération means Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec.
