Physical Conditions definition

Physical Conditions means the physical condition of an orphan bridge based on its structural deficiencies, sufficiency rating and load capacity, all as determined by the Commissioner.
Physical Conditions means “ natural physical conditions and man- made and other physical obstructions and pollutants, which the Contractor encounters at the Site when executing the Works, including sub-surface and hydrological conditions but excluding climatic conditions”.
Physical Conditions means natural physical conditions and manmade and other physical obstructions, Relevant Substances and pollutants which the Contractor encounters at the Site when executing the Works, including sub-surface and hydrological conditions and conditions in respect of the Roof (including Latent Defects).

More Definitions of Physical Conditions

Physical Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a) hereof.
Physical Conditions. REPORT shall mean the structural engineering report with respect to the Property (i) prepared by an Independent Architect, (ii) addressed to Lender or with respect to which Lender shall have received a reliance letter, (iii) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion, and (iv) in form and content acceptable to Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion, together with any amendments or supplements thereto. PLAN ASSETS shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.1.10(b). PLEDGE shall mean that certain Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, from Mezzanine Borrower to Mezzanine Lender.
Physical Conditions means “natural physical conditions and physical obstructions (natural or man-made) and pollutants, which the Contractor encounters at the Site during execution of the Works, including sub-surface and hydrological conditions but excluding climatic conditions at the Site and the effects of those climatic conditions”.
Physical Conditions means natural physical conditions and man-made and other physical obstructions and pollutants, which the Service Provider encounters at any Site in, on or around the Network when executing the civil engineering works and its other Services, including sub- surface, hydrological and climatic conditions;

Related to Physical Conditions

  • Environmental Conditions means the presence in the environment, including the soil, groundwater, surface water or ambient air, of any Hazardous Material at a level which exceeds any applicable standard or threshold under any Environmental Law or otherwise requires investigation or remediation (including, without limitation, investigation, study, health or risk assessment, monitoring, removal, treatment or transport) under any applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Medical condition means either of the following:

  • Environmental Condition has the meaning ascribed to it in Part E of the Network Code; "Environmental Damage" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part E of the Network Code; "European licence" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 6(2) of the Act;

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.
