Physical Examinations definition
Physical Examinations. The District agrees to provide the full cost of any medical examination required by the District as a condition of employment or continued employment, including but not limited to, the provisions outlined in Education Code Section 88021 or its successor. Hold Harmless Clause: Whenever any civil action is brought against an employee or any action or omission arising out of, or in the course of, the duties of that employee, the District agrees to pay the costs of defending such action, including costs of counsel and of appeals, if any, and shall hold harmless from and protect such employee from any financial loss resulting therefrom, insofar as permitted by law. The District reserves the right to refuse to defend or withdraw defense of claims in circumstances permitted by the California Government Claims Act.
Physical Examinations. The cost of any physical examination and other health related tests required by the Board will be paid 100% by the Board, and the employee will use those medical services designated by the Board.

Physical Examinations. Each participant shall be offered the opportunity to take a physical examination annually Training. Sponsors may pay reasonable costs for skills training, classroom instruction, lectures, seminars, individual instruction as well as other types of training.
