Physical Examinations definition

Physical Examinations. The District agrees to provide the full cost of any medical examination required by the District as a condition of employment or continued employment, including but not limited to, the provisions outlined in Education Code Section 88021 or its successor. Hold Harmless Clause: Whenever any civil action is brought against an employee or any action or omission arising out of, or in the course of, the duties of that employee, the District agrees to pay the costs of defending such action, including costs of counsel and of appeals, if any, and shall hold harmless from and protect such employee from any financial loss resulting therefrom, insofar as permitted by law. Related to Physical Examinations

  • Physical Escort means the temporary touching or holding the hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, or back of a student who is acting out for the purpose of inducing the student to walk to a safe location.
