Physically or mentally disabled definition

Physically or mentally disabled shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.5 of the Employment Agreement.

Examples of Physically or mentally disabled in a sentence

  • Physically or mentally disabled children are covered regardless of age, provided their disability occurred prior to the child turning age twenty-six (26).
