PIA Funds definition
PIA Funds means any fund or holding company formed for the purposes of making private equity investments and managed by the principal investment area of G▇▇▇▇▇▇, Sachs & Co. (excluding any investment fund or holding company primarily in the business of acquiring mezzanine securities).
