PIA officer definition

PIA officer means the Department employee designated by an individual entity of the Department to coordinate all PIA requests for that entity.
PIA officer means the DGS representative, chosen by the Secretary or their designee, to carry out the day-to-day activities associated with PIA requests. This individual maintains the PIA inbox at dgs.piarequest@maryland.gov.
