PIC Entity or Entities definition
PIC Entity or Entities means one or more Persons (i) that are not Project Entities, (ii) 100% of the Voting Stock or other voting equity interest of which is directly owned by PIC, other than any director's qualifying shares mandated by applicable Governmental Rule, and (iii) through which PIC owns indirect interests in Project Entities.
