PIK Principal definition
PIK Principal the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b)(iv)(B)(1).
PIK Principal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).
PIK Principal means PIK Interest that has been capitalized and added to the outstanding principal balance of the Loans.
Examples of PIK Principal in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, PIK Principal shall not be deemed an Advance or otherwise count against the maximum principal Loan Amount available under this Note.
No interest shall accrue under this Note until the date of the first Advance made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇; after that, interest on all Advances shall accrue and be computed on the principal balance outstanding from time to time under this Note, including PIK Principal, in accordance with the terms hereof until the same is paid in full.
