Pipeline Gathering System definition

Pipeline Gathering System means a pipeline system that collects crude oil from lease storage facilities and delivers it to a crude oil pipeline system.
Pipeline Gathering System is defined as that certain pipeline located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana located in Sections 22 and 27, T19S, R18E, running from the Vamos platform (now ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇) to the current Coquille Bay field platform, approximately 6,059 feet in length, 3” diameter, the meters and equipment located thereon, and the rights-of-way depicted in that certain Proposed Right-of-Way Across Property Owned by the State of Louisiana survey dated September 28, 2004, by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc. (and attached as Exhibit A to the Assignment from Mideast Gas Systems, Inc. to Chrisjo Energy, Inc. dated April 6, 2005).
