Pipeline Lease definition

Pipeline Lease means that certain Pipeline Financing Agreement, dated as of May 30, 2008 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified) by and between Genesis NEJD Pipeline, LLC, as lessor, and Denbury Onshore, LLC as lessee.

Pipeline Lease means that certain Pipeline System Lease by and between the Borrower and LCP Terminals for rights under that certain franchise granted by the City of Portland to Paramount of Oregon to construct, operate and maintain a pipeline system in the City of Portland, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Pipeline Lease means that certain Pipeline Lease Agreement effective as of March 29, 1990, between the Company, as lessee, and the Special General Partner, as lessor, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Pipeline Lease Agreement and Amendment No. 2 to Pipeline Lease Agreement, each effective as of March 29, 1990, and by Amendment No. 3 to Pipeline Lease Agreement, effective as of December 30, 1997.

• For the sake of clarity, the Expansion Lease provided for in this Section 4 of the Amendment would be in addition to the Initial Lease (as amended in this Amendment), the Second Lease, and the Option Lease provided for in the Pipeline Lease Agreement.

• The Rent Amount for the Initial Lease, the Second Lease, the Option Lease, and any Expansion Lease shall be adjusted on each anniversary of the Execution Month as provided in Section 5.B of the Pipeline Lease Agreement (which is entitled “Base Rent Adjuster”).

• As used in this Amendment, the term the “pipeline” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital Paragraph A of the Pipeline Lease Agreement.

• Except as provided herein, all of the provisions of the Pipeline Lease Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect.

• Section 24 of the Pipeline Lease Agreement (which is entitled “EARLIER TERMINATION”) is hereby deleted in its entirety from the Pipeline Lease Agreement.

• The purchaser under the MGP Equity Sale, in its capacity as lessee and operator of the MGP Pipeline pursuant to the MGP Pipeline Lease.

• Lessee's lease of the Option Lease during the Third Renewal Term will be upon the same terms as for the Third Initial Term, except that the Pipeline Lease Agreement Base Rent (hereinafter defined) will adjust as hereinafter provided and at the end of the Third Renewal Term, Lessee will have no further right to renew this Option Lease.

More Definitions of Pipeline Lease

Pipeline Lease means the Intrastate Pipeline System Lease, dated as of December 31, 1996, by and between the Pipeline Lessor and the Pipeline Lessee.

Pipeline Lease means a perpetual lease granted under s.36 as title to compressor stations and other facilities associated with the Moomba-Adelaide pipeline.
