PJM-GATS definition

PJM-GATS means the PJM Environmental Information System Generation Attribute Tracking System or its successor.
PJM-GATS means the Generation Attribute Tracking System (“GATS”) owned and operated by PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. for the creation, sale, transfer, purchase, and retirement of renewable energy credits among various entities, as more specifically described in the Generation Attribute Tracking System Operating Rules published by PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. (“EIS”).
PJM-GATS means the Generation Attribute Tracking System established by PJM for the production, sale, transfer, purchase, and retirement of RECs among various entities, persons and accounts, as specified in the Generation Attribute Tracking System Operating Rules established by PJM, as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of PJM-GATS in a sentence

  • Monthly within 45 business days of certificate creation date, the Seller shall Deliver Designated GATS Certificates by initiating transfer to the PJM-GATS account of the Buyer, as pursuant to Section 9.1 entitled Transferring Certificates between Account Holders of the PJM-GATS Operating Rules.

  • The Seller shall Deliver RECs to PJM-GATS and/or M-RETS by initiating transfer to the PJM-GATS and/or M-RETS account of Buyer.

More Definitions of PJM-GATS

PJM-GATS means the Generation Attribute Tracking System currently in effect under PJM, or any successor system used to track the transfer of renewable generation attributes in the region.
PJM-GATS means the Generation Attribute Tracking System established by PJM for the production, sale, transfer, purchase, and retirement of RECs among various entities, persons and accounts, as specified in the Generation Attribute Tracking System Operating Rules established by PJM, as may be amended f rom time to time.
PJM-GATS means PJM Environmental Information System Generation Attribute Tracking System.
PJM-GATS means the PJM Environmental Information System Generation Attribute Tracking System
PJM-GATS means the Generation Attribute Tracking System used by PJM to account for the generation attributes of facilities. “PJM” means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or any successor entity thereto. “PJM GATS Operating Rules” means the Generation Attribute Tracking System Operating Rules established by PJM, as may be amended from time to time. The RECs to be sold qualify as New Jersey Solar RECs.
