PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System.
PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.
PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.
PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM.
PJM Region shall have the meaning specified in the Operating Agreement. “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.
Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
PJM means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., including the Office of the Interconnection as referenced in the PJM Operating Agreement. When such term is being used in the RAA it shall also include the PJM Board.
Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
PJM Liaison means the liaison established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.I.
PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.
Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
MISO means the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.
PJM Control Area means the Control Area recognized by NERC as the PJM Control Area.
Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.
PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.
Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating conditions. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.
Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time;
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.
Indirect supervision means the supervision of an unlicensed school staff member when the school nurse or other health care provider is not physically available on site but immediately available by telephone.
Interconnected Entity means either the Interconnection Customer or the Interconnected Transmission Owner; Interconnected Entities shall mean both of them.
CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.
PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement.
Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.
