PJT Group means PJT HoldCo, PJT LP, the PJT Entities, the Park Hill Group and each other Person that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of PJT LP immediately after the Effective Time, and each Person that becomes a direct or indirect Subsidiary of PJT LP after the Effective Time.
