Placeholder Equipment definition
Placeholder Equipment means Equipment that is not intended (by the Authority) to be Installed in the New Facility at Service Commencement, but is intended (by the Authority) to be Installed in the future, not including relocated Equipment, as further described in Section 8 of this Appendix;
Placeholder Equipment has the meaning set out in Appendix 2E [Equipment and Furniture];
