Placing Term Sheet definition

Placing Term Sheet means the term sheet in relation to the Placing to be entered into by the Company and the Bookrunner following the Bookbuild;
Placing Term Sheet means the term sheet in relation to the Placing to be entered into by the Company and the Broker following the Bookbuild and in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Placing Term Sheet);

Examples of Placing Term Sheet in a sentence

  • Where a Notification has been made and the Company does not enter into the Placing Term Sheet by 5.00 p.m. (GMT) on the first Business Day after the date of this Agreement, such action shall constitute a termination of this Agreement and the provisions of Clause 2.3 shall apply as if the Conditions have not been satisfied.

Related to Placing Term Sheet

  • Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

  • Refinancing Term Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).

  • Remaining Term Interest means, with respect to any Note, the aggregate amount of scheduled payment(s) of interest on such Note for the remaining term of such Note determined on the basis of the rate of interest applicable to such Note from and including the date on which such Note is to be redeemed by the Issuer pursuant to this Condition.

  • Refinancing Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
