Plan Administrative Committee definition

Plan Administrative Committee means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company or such other officers as the Committee may designate from time to time.
Plan Administrative Committee means the Plan Administrative Committee appointed by the Board to administer the Company's employee benefit plans.
Plan Administrative Committee means the Board or a committee of one or more individuals designated by the Board to administer this Plan.
